Athlete of the Month Nomination
NOMINATIONS
Do you know a youth bowler worthy of being the next Bowl4Life Athlete of the Month? Share their story with us today! We want to recognize youth bowlers that are doing their part to #growbowling.
Along with special recognition from the Bowl4Life Foundation, each bowler selected will receive Eileen's Bowling Buddy training tools.
If you are submitting a bowler in addition to sharing their story with us, please also include contact information for the nominee. The more information you can provide for us is wonderful. You do not need to be the guardian of the youth bowler to submit them for a nomination.
All nominations will be kept on file with the Bowl4Life Foundation. If the nominee is selected you will be notified.
